When you submit a project inquiry, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, project ZIP code, project type, project details, preferred contact method, privacy-policy acknowledgment, and optional marketing preference.

How we use your information

We use inquiry information to review your project, respond to you, provide requested services, and maintain business records. If you separately choose the optional marketing checkbox, we may also use your email address for occasional remodeling ideas and offers. You can decline marketing without affecting your project inquiry.

Service providers

Project inquiries are processed by Formspree on our behalf. Formspree may process submission data and related technical information under its privacy policy (opens in a new tab). This site also embeds a Google Map; Google may receive browser and device information when the map loads under Google’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab). Our web host may process standard request and security logs.

Retention and sharing

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for project communications, business records, legal obligations, and security. We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers that help operate the website and business, or when required by law.

Your choices
